Raya was a wonderful server! We were seated in a timely manner. The food came out correct, hot and delicious. Highly recommend Kid-friendliness: We had 9 kids with us and they weren't treated poorly. Raya acknowledged them and asked them questions as if they were able to communicate like anyone else.

The restaurant looked kind of run down and gloomy. One of the workers had her kids sitting in a booth while she worked and they were upset and crying which kind of put a damper on my experience. The food was alright. The wait was long and my daughter's order of honey BBQ boneless wings came out buffalo instead. I like Applebee's due to the 2 meals + appetizer but this experience was sub par.
