Ribs over cooked, again, bar person was our server and she got tied up making drinks so it took a looong time to get service.

Our host Brianna M was very polite and helpful. I loved her energy.

Loved the fact that everytime I go betty gives one of the best customer service.

Nevaeh served me and was super nice and kind over all a great experience!

I ordered a to-go order for curbside pickup 2 weeks ago. Firstly I tapped the "I'm here" and no one came out so I had to go into the store to pickup my order. Once I got the food I asked if this was everything, even going over what i ordered (I ordered 1 salad and 2 extra breadsticks) and the server said yes just checked it everything's in there. Fast forward to when I got home with my food to find out they gave me an order of pasta and 1 breadstick. Clearly the server did not check!! I called to let them know I didn't get any of my food I ordered. The person I talked to on the phone asked if I wanted to come back or just a refund. I opted for the refund as I live about 25 minutes away and did not want to drive back. He told me that the manager would have to process it and could take up to 7 days to see the refund. It has been 2 full weeks and no refund has been issued. Disappointed to say the least as I spent money on a dinner I never got and was not able to eat plus I paid a tip, I just really hope the cooks got that tip! Will not be returning, have had nothing but terrible experiences at this restaurant recently.
