Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have to say that this is one of the better ones for this restaurant chain. Our service was excellent, food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing.

Love this place because of the best server, his name is Richard G. We keep coming back because he treats you like royalty, very attentive, friendly, always makes sure any special l requests are perfectly done, fast, efficient, and always with a smile. He makes the you feel like you family. My order is always perfect, and I am so picky. Everytime I order medium rare, it is so juicy, I am drooling. Most restaurants do not know what medium rare is. Just ate there again today, I have to go when Richard is there for the best dining experience. I figured I needed to finally let everyone know how great it was. My friends love him also, and now this location is our go to. Thank you Applebee's in Linden for "Richard", and I will see you guys again real soon!

This is the second time we come to this location and it’s always the same it takes an hour for the server to come to our table and another hour for the food to come when the place is totally empty. The server Fredjina A was very rude and it felt like she was intentionally taking her time to bring the food or even our change back.

The staff was nice and so welcoming drinks and food was amazing !!!!

This restaurant needs improvement. I used to be a waitress and I know that sometimes giving a 5 star service is hard but wao these servers need improvement. As soon as it took 20 min for the waiter to take our orders and on top of that he disappeared and forgot one of the drinks I felt very disappointed. I saw another waitress move but mine was about to fall asleep. Dirty tables. This location needs better service skills and motivation.

Went on a Saturday afternoon with my husband, MIL, and BIL. We ordered 2 apps, which were good. I ordered the 6 oz steak on the 2 for $32 menu. I asked for a medium rare steak, but it came out well done. My MIL ordered the shrimp Alfredo, but they brought out chicken Alfredo. They switched her meal, but by the time it was ready, we were almost done eating. The waitress never came over to mention the mistake over the Alfredo or to see my overcooked steak. When we went to leave the hostess said i couldn't go outside with my basically empty bucket of twisted tea, so I drank it quickly before leaving. That's not a huge deal, but was basically the icing on the cake for what was a lackluster meal.

Hey idk if you guys have a new manger or change of staff since August till now but it been since the beginning of July have been there and there’s definitely a change 👍🏽 keep up the good work guys ✌🏽
