Applebee's Grill + Bar

Worst experience we have had at any Applebee's. They did not have the all you can eat deal, the appetizer came after the meal. The breadsticks were uneatable. Their computer system was not working and they calculated my bill wrong - had to wait over 10 min to get it corrected. Never again.

Worst service ever!!! Took my server 10mins just to get a cup of ranch by then my food was cold. Then Took FOREVER for refills to come out and our server kept asking if they came out and we told her no she would go back and check and never let us no what was taking so long. I arrived BEFORE 10:30 and didn't leave until midnight!! I would of rather ate burger kind or McDonald's then the food I got served cold and took forever!!! Also the servers were cussing and yelling if my children were with me I would of been pissed Totally not acceptable when it's suppose to be a family restaurant!!! Kid-friendliness: Totally NOT!!! Servers were yelling and cussing and the Manger didn't say or do anything about it!!!

My family and I went to the applebees on elida Rd in Lima, Ohio. Terrible service, did not get the order correct and then served RAW CHICKEN to my husband. We will never be back!

Good Food, Nice staff, and great place for a night out.

What a joke I am on boycott at Applebee's I work next to one and won't b there to eat anytime soon

We had a party of 4, me, my husband, my son and daughter. We got seated right away and the female server came right away and took our drink orders and my daughter ordered an appetizer of chips and dip. She did give refills on drinks and then after that is when everything went wrong. I was noticing tables that had come in the same time as us and a few after us were already getting their entrees. At that point we had been there close to an hour. Our server walked by us, never said anything about if our food was almost done and took care of two small tables beside us. As she walked past to head to the kitchen I saw her look at our table and she said to herself out loud, where's your guys food at and she kept walking. We didn't see her after that, and we decided as a family that we weren't waiting any longer. My husband spoke to a male server and he said I'll get the manager for you. We stood by the door, she came up and we discussed why we were leaving. I also told her that our server did not say anything about our food coming out and we also said literally every other table around us had their food. This happened yesterday January 19th around 5:30pm and our server had reddish hair and it was pulled back in a braid, I don't remember her name. We absolutely will NOT be coming back to that location and will warn our friends and family and tell them about our poor experience. Also this is the first time that we have ever walked out of a restaurant!!!!
