Applebee's Grill + Bar

If I could leave a 1 star review I would. The manager with the purple hair left me on hold for more than 15 minutes and did not pick the phone back up until I walked into the establishment. She stated that she was too busy to get back to me because of people in the restaurant. I placed an order online for a delivery order and the delivery was not completed. The manager told me prior to putting me on hold that the order had been sent out via a third party delivery service and when I asked what delivery service she left me on hold. When I got to the restaurant the manager stared at me as if I had an extra head because I asked her what was going to be done about the fact that I never received my food via delivery. She told me again that it was sent out via a third party and that they were the ones I paid. Once I stated that I ordered directly from their website for the third time she walked away and returned with a refund slip. Never offered to remake the food for me, didn't ask me what type of resolution I wanted. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back ever.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! No cars in the parking lot, should have been out first clue. The restaurant was filthy with dead gnats, etc., in light fixtures hanging over the tables. Ceiling tiles were also filthy and black. The waitress was very nice but the food was not. I ordered a bourbon street steak "pink aka medium". It came out looking like a piece of shoe leather (that thin) was well done and could not be chewed. Also ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli but it had very little Alfredo. We expressed our displeasure and left.

Ordered steak and shrimp for pick up off of the regular menu. The food was good, but received a child sized portion.

Over the past years the food has gone downhill for quality and not worth it. But great customer service and drinks.

My order ended up being wrong two times before they got it right. I will say this the manager was extremely nice and worked very hard to make things right and that really meant a lot.
