The staff there is friendly and working hard, but they were clearly very understaffed. We went several times and it was always a long wait to be seated or to get drinks even though they didn't have a lot of people there.

I've been an Applebee's fan for a long time. On this visit, the food was good. The server brought our entree out before the appetizer, and the fries were cold. In the middle of the meal, the appetizer finally came out. Hot fries came out at the end of the meal. I was charged for an achoholic beverage I didn't order. This location needs a restroom remodel in the worst way. The counter tops were wet and dirty. The rest room has an old gas station vibe. The servers were friendly and overwhelmed. I give the food 5 stars because it was acceptable.

Loved Shelly! She was a great server! Super attentive, communicative, and professional!
