Applebee's Grill + Bar

GROSS, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This is the second time I ordered a 6oz steak from Applebee's on a Friday around 5 p m. It has been burnt on one side, both times! The cup of mashed potatoes is only half full. Is that standard? I also got the fiesta lime chicken. It used to be so good and one of my top favorites. I ordered it, and the spanish rice is undercooked with no flavor and about two cups of it. Gross! Also, they put the tortilla chips under the chicken. So you are now left with mush! Again, GROSS! Don't tell me to copy a link in my browser , it does not work! No one cares about your automated response.It's pathetic! No real person ever gives a restaurant five stars. That's exactly what they want. It will always appear in the top three. Also, mention good servers or bartenders names and state five stars for them in the details not for the restaurants food. Big corporations like them don't care about their employees! If you're looking for the food review, I suggest you dig a little deeper.

Always a good time, and meal. The samon and mash potatoes were wonderful

The daily dinner deals make dining there more manageable for a single dad of twin boys . We had the burgers , different versions,for the Monday special and they were s great deal for the price.

Grabbed food to go. Had a bucket drink while waiting. Grilled oriental chicken salad... YUMMY 😋

Called the crystal river Applebee's number to place a order. When I got there no order. They blamed everyone else me included. No food. Getting old probably why your empty most of them time. I used to go weekly. I cant even get a 2 go order. Just going and ordering there and waiting for my food to go. Calling in orders are still going to a call place

i have a good time at apple bees and they have amazing service the people are great and foods always on time and they are good at there service i recommend going to crystal river apple bees

Good food shorted vegetables twice on to go orders need better quality control at check-out.

Hostess was less than polite or welcoming but Sam, our server, was absolutely excellent and more than made up for our “not so great” welcome! We’ll be back!
