I will never eat here again! I got some of the worst service of my life last week! I was eating here at least once a week. The server was rude and the manager Jamaica is even ruder! How can you possibly run a business when you don’t care about the customers?!?

this place was miserable. the woman who i assume is the manager had a horrible attitude towards guests and didn’t take her job very seriously. we stood there for a good 5-10 minutes without being greeted at all, which would have been understandable if they were running around serving people but instead they just walked by us and basically ignored us. usually we can handle bad service if the food is worth it.. it wasn’t. we waited probably 30 minutes for two sandwiches. my fiancé got a burger and it was dryer than a desert. my chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting in the fryer for two days!! our server was nice but she only checked on us one time after we finally got her attention and then we never saw her again until we finally got to ask for the check. save your money and run far away from this place.

Arrived at 1010 with 3 hungry kids after a Hornets game. They ALL refused to speak to me. They all looked at, rolled their eyes and refused to speak. I waited 4min then when two men walked in, they spoke over me to speak to the men. They told the men it was to go orders only and still refused to speak to me. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. Terrible Customer Service.

Terrible!!!! Staff does not care!!!! We waited for a host for 20 minutes! Then told us that we couldn’t be seated for a hour and a half. It wasn’t even busy. Stay clear of this place.

Stay away. Service is horrible. We waited 39 minutes for a host. Then the host told us it was a hour and half wait. There was plenty of seating though?! Go to TGI Fridays next door. They are way more accommodating.

Burger was cooked to perfection. Slaw was a little warm, but overall, the meal was great. The server was prompt and polite.
