Applebee's Grill + Bar

Having to edit my previous 4 stars from years ago. The service and competency of employees at the canton location has plummeted to just shut down levels. Nearly every to go alcohol beverage comes non alcoholic because they are probably drinking it themselves (ordered 2 long island ice teas, got 2 glasses of ice with nothing in them), nearly every food item ordered is missing something (no bacon on a whiskey bacon burger, no fries with burger meal, no fries or drink with kids meal) only way to ensure your food is right is to eat inside and pick only water...

We’ve been working not to far from here and we decided to come here the first time was super Pleasant are sever Josh was nothing but helpful and super friendly we recommend coming!!!

My husband and I go here every two weeks to have 1$ margaritas and our server Dylan is amazing. Such a good worker and gentlemen. Keep it up Applebee's!

They advertise all-you-can-eat riblets. My husband and I have been there twice now to get these all-you-can-eat riblets and they don't never have them. I will not be going back to Applebee's ever again.

Server waitress was awesome. No problems there. But the food..... Horrible. Steak was like a hockey puck. The patties on my burger were very over cooked, charred, and small. I'd get more eating a McDouble. Need new and better cooks.

Tatum was our server. There were supposed to be 2 tickets and my mom decided she was not letting me pay for her dinner. So when the check came and we gave Tatum our card and my mom gave $35 to cover her meal. Tatum was like oh no worries I gotcha covered. I'll take care of fixing the ticket so that my mom's food was on a separate ticket. Tatum pocketed the $35 and didn't separate the checks. As a result my husband decided not to leave a tip. We have tipped up to 50% on a check before just because the waitress was awesome. In this case, I'll make sure if we decided to eat here again that Tatum is NOT our waitress.
