12 Mar 2024 The steak was spoiled. Bad. Not smoking a joint in the bathroom bad; think Pablo Escobar level badness. Breaking Bad could have been called Breaking this Steak. Michael Jackson could have written a song about this Bad. Steak News Bears. Steak to the Bone. Steak, Steak Leroy Brown. The manager did discount the meal, but I couldn't eat it so they didn't really do anything. Didn't even come to the table personally. 0/10 would not recommend.

I would not recommend this place to anybody the service sucked the food was even worse will never eat at this place again

My granddaughter and I just left we sat there 20 minutes and no one came to our table. The waitress helping the table next to us said this is overwhelming. We got up to leave and the young man at the door apologized however the manager or assistant Manger whom ever he was was standing there and never said a word to us. I felt at least he could have apologized to us for the wait. I am very disappointed and don't know if I will go back again

The side salads need to be torn in more in to smaller pieces, the brown pieces need to be taken out before serving to customers. My steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was medium well, flavor was good. Broccoli was over cooked. My husband order the chicken Broccoli Alfredo and never received his bread stick even though they said they were going to get it. Overall not impressed with this location but would give them another chance to do better. The bartender was working very hard and was very nice. The kitchen needs some work.

The hamburger lunch special was delicious!

My husband and I were here last night. We waited for a hostess to come to the front, no one ever came. So I went to the bar to order, before I could I asked a server, she told me to wait in the front and someone would come and take our order, NO ONE EVER CAME. The same server that told me to wait was standing around talking along with others. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but this is bad customer service. I usually loved Applebee's but with this type of service I rather take my money elsewhere.

We have been sitting here 20 mins and nobody has come n gat our drink order or nothing n sit us in a closed section

Very nice waitress and the food was delicious !
