So, picture this: it's April 1st, and I'm feeling pretty excited about my UberEats order from Angry Dragonz (Kent). I've been a regular at both of their locations for ages, and I've always enjoyed their food. But boy, did that excitement quickly turn into disappointment. When my order arrived, I eagerly dug in, only to find that some of the chicken balls were totally raw in the center. I'm talking raw batter and all. I mean, seriously? That's not what I signed up for. Now, I'm no stranger to a dining mishap, but this was on a whole other level. I couldn't believe that a place I trusted could mess up this bad. So, I did what any rational person would do – I reached out to UberEats for a refund. But here's where things get even more frustrating. While UberEats gave me a partial refund for the chicken disaster, Angry Dragonz didn't seem to care much. I mean, they acknowledged the problem, but that was about it. No refund for the rest of my order, no apology – just a casual "we told the kitchen" kind of response. Honestly, it's pretty disappointing. I get that UberEats handles the money, but come on, Angry Dragonz, step up your game. If you were really serious about fixing this mess, you'd do more than just pass the buck. And let me tell you, after biting into raw chicken, you really aren't in the mood to eat anything else. But even if I were, I'd think twice before ordering from Angry Dragonz again. They've got some serious making up to do, and I'm not sure if I'm willing to give them another chance. Here's hoping they can turn things around and get back to serving up food that's actually edible
Fresh, delicious, and fast. Extra stars for the lemon chicken
Just dropped in today with friends, and we had a blast. The food are great, all ready before we knew it, indoor was cozy and friendly staff. Definitely recommend dining here! Everything overall was a great first time experience for us!
Food was good for the price, great staff, and clean inside the restaurant. Would definitely recommend
Take out order of a dragonz bowl, pad Thai, an egg roll, Thai milk tea, Viet coffee. All dishes are incredible 5/5 except for the pad Thai. Love the skewers. They are very well marinated and cooked. The pad Thai was very disappointing especially when it’s their featured item. I don’t understand ketchup in pad Thai.
delicious and original! Friendly service and fast service!
It was take out. I got the dragonz fried rice and singapore noodles. It was ok taste wise, had to add some spice to it myself. The portions were average for 15 dollars per dish. I saw this place on reddit had try it for myself but I don’t think i would come back.
Can Fast food really taste this good? Yes. Were there earlier today and had the Tom kha soup and the dragonz rice bowl. The server was attentive and friendly, the food was phenomenal and the restaurant was very clean. The food came very quickly, and was phenomenal.
Loved the egg rolls and tamarind chicken skewers.
