Went through the drive through and told the employee what i wanted (plain concrete w extra cheesecake) and when I went to pay, I was given a completely different order. I told the other associate it was wrong and was not met with a pleasant experience. I told him my order and the custard I received barely had any ice cream. I went back and told them I had ordered extra cheesecake and didn’t receive it and they wanted to make me pay for something I didn’t receive on top of barely having any topping in the custard to begin with. Safe to say I will not be coming back or referring anyone to this location. I hope the other Andy’s in my area do not provide this type of service because I truly love ice cream but don’t feel justified spending my hard earned money if this is how it going to be.
