Drive thru fast and efficient

I own two franchises myself here in Frisco. I usually would not leave a review of one star, but the customer service today was awful and I think the owner should know. I ordered a chocolate sundae and a ozark turtle sundae no pecans sub almonds. Get to the window and it didn’t look like there was any chocolate in the sundae, so I ask the young man if there was any in there and he said yes. So I after I paid $14.05, I drove the ice creams over to the ridge assisted living to give them their desserts. And my dad said where’s the chocolate? So I called 5 different times before they picked up with a hello. I asked if this was Andy’s and he put me on hold immediately. A young lady then a young lady got on the phone. I ask to speak with the shift lead. She said it was the manager. I then ask her name? she replied with “what’s your name” I gave it to her and ask for hers two more times before she said Kalo. I explained the situation. She said I could come back right now, bring the sundae with me. With a very sarcastic tone. I informed her I would not be coming back today, but I would like my name written down so next weekend when I come back for a visit , I can get one. She hung up on me.

Despite bad weather warning, most restaurants were open except this store. When we finally found it open, one of the staff members behaved ridiculously, acting as if we were there to rob the store. Overcautious and unwelcoming atmosphere. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Cleanliness can be improved on the outside.

Snow monsters are the best.

Not great service and my order was completely melted by the time I got to the window. Waste of money and time. Go to a different location, this one isn’t worth it.
