Andy's Frozen Custard

Our favorite late night treat. Sadly it has gone so downhill over the last year. I get the same treat every single time. The jitterbug. It’s supposed to have vanilla custard, espresso, heath bar and almonds. They forget the almonds at least 75% of the time. As you can see in the photo there is zero espresso. It’s just plain vanilla custard. I really miss the days of getting a perfect jitterbug. It has been soooooo long since I’ve gotten one with all of the ingredients in proportion. Makes me sad because even though it’s rarely what it should be we still continue to go back over and over. We drive past 2 other “ice cream” shops to get to Andy’s. Waiting for the day that yall decide to put the love back into making the treats. We spend a lot of money treating ourselves weekly and just keep being disappointed. ☹️

Stood outside for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to even walk out to the front of the store. Knocked multiple times and then had to yell to even get the attention of the crew. Very disappointing, not cool.

The GM Ben and his crew made my complicated order seem so seamless and easy. I absolutely loved my custard will be coming back!!!

Worst ever stolen browny Sunday ever made. I regularly visit the place. But this is worst. When I ordered they never prepared and I wanted for 10 Mins and then I asked. Then they prepared. But it’s worst. It’s not even half the size of regularly I buy and it melted even in January winter. I don’t know about this magic. We need to know this so that we can use this for lot of places.

A perfect experience every time. Prompt service and amazing custard at competitive prices. My favorite place to go for a cold treat!

Omg! Delish! Even though it’s 20 degrees outside we still crave ice cream this is the place and the staff is so nice!
