It's one of the worst in Hamilton. There is a short lady manager. She is very rude and arrogant she didn't even apologize after they got my order wrong. She doesn't know what customer service is. She doesn't deserve to be a manager.

Wish I could give zero stars… I ordered a chicken ranch snack wrap and this is what I got. Not okay and I won’t be coming to this location ever again. It smelt disgusting. Such a waste of money.

I come here almost every morning and every single time I ask for a sausage McMuffin no egg and EVERYTIME IT HAS EGG. I Also asked for a breakfast burrito and after making me repeat myself four times they still forgot my salsa. Worst location ever. Would give a 0 if I could. Dietary restrictions: THIS MCDONALDS DOES NOT CARE ABT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AS IM ALLERGIC TO EGG AND YOU STILL KEEP PUTTING IT ON MY SANDWICH. Will forever be checking my entire order in the drive through from now on, I don’t care about your times.
