Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark

This hotel would be a lot better off hiring different staff at the front desk. These ladies are some of the rudest women I have ever encountered, absolutely 0 customer service skills. For that reason, I would never stay at this hotel again and I definitely won’t recommend this place to others.

If you do not mind bed bugs stay there. Couldn’t sleep at all the night i stayed there. The room is clean but the bed bugs were too much to take. Also i felt like I was sleeping in the hallway. The rooms are not noise free. Everything happens in the hallway or nearby rooms is happening in your room. So if you want to rest and there is action outside forget it. The waterpark is fun for little ones however its flooring is so slippery. Been in so many waterparks never had this hazard at all. The staff were sad and depressed however they helped when needed. I will neither stay there nor visit the waterpark. It was very unpleasant experience

Fantastic hotel and waterpark. Clean, convenient location, and lots of amenities within reach. Extremely satisfied. Will definitely return. Rooms: Clean, spacious, relaxing. Plenty of towels, hair dryer and coffee machine in room. Nearby activities: Clifton Hill is only 10 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Walkability: Many restaurants and stores within a walkable distance. Food & drinks: Food and alcohol available at Snack Bar, or the two restaurants located inside the hotel.

Great experience as always. We greatly enjoy this water park. It's the right size that our kids can go have fun without us walkways wondering where they are. The staff here are always helpful and make us want to stay. Thanks Americana!

Water Park is awesome and there's also a nice lobby but the elevators are weird and loud. LIKE VERY LOUD. There is also a little arcade and a spa on floor 2R. Rooms: They are very nice.

The rooms are a little out dated. The water park is small compare to its competitive in Niagara region. It suits for smaller kids overall. There is a Boston Pizza right next to the hotel. There is also a Tim Hortons and a good local breakfast restaurant nearby. Rooms: They are old and the washrooms and bathtubs need a remodel.

Very old , very dirty, lot of smoking smell , very expensive for the quality , Waterpark very small for the price Arcade more than half of game was not working Dirty sheets , with terrible smell Fridge out of order ect ect Parking fee and breakfast extra fee ….

Entire place is in desperate need of a total renovation. Musty smell, old worn carpet and leaking showers.
