American Prime is PRIME! First off, let me say how amazing the staff is. My family of four went and were meeting my partners parents there. I was nervous about bringing an infant to a nice restaurant, but they were so accommodating! A really nice gentleman opened and held the door so I could carry my son inside in his car seat. Our waitress (I believe her name was either Sophie or Sophia) was an absolute pleasure! Super friendly, knew the menu well, great personality, timely. She’s such an asset there! For other moms, the bathroom DOES have a changing station in the large stall, which is a huge plus. Now, let’s get down to business…THE FOOD. Absolutely amazing! We all got the smoked prime rib and it was cooked to PERFECTION. My boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with good steaks and said it’s the best he’s ever had (and he’s quite particular/picky!). We got a bunch of sides - mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, and a disassembled baked potato (I believe that’s what it was called). All great! The wine selection was great, but the beer selection needs some work! And the desserts were delectable (although the key lime pie was too sweet!). Overall, highly recommend American Prime. We will be back (and likely requesting the same server if she’s there!).

Been going to American Prime on occasion for lunch since they opened. Prime Rib and Ribeye's are excellent. I enjoy their cheeseburgers and burnt ends. Staff have always been courteous. Friendly atmosphere.

Went with a large group for a birthday. Service was incredible very friendly and accommodating. Every dish was great, we all shared.

New York Strip is delicious!

Probably will not return. Felt sterile. Empty. Food was mediocre. Waiter tried but couldn't overcome.

Amazing food and service! Sophia took great care of us, she was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, we enjoyed the cheesesteak rolls and french onion soup to start, the prime rib and filet as entrees and the cowboy corn as a side. We really enjoyed every dish, look forward to going back!

Everything on the menu is a homerun. I try to get to American Prime once a month and introduce new people to the experience.

Double date night with friends. A bit of confusion with our reservation but wasn’t a big deal. Red roses for the ladies for post Valentine’s weekend was a nice touch. Our server Allison was great!!! She was enthusiastic and very helpful. We had an enjoyable evening out.

Would visit again. The staff here are well dressed which helps with the atmosphere and are so friendly, including David, Diego and Sophie. Highly recommend the filet mignon which my server Sophie recommended and said was her favorite. It was tender and juicy, every bite was flavoured and temped to perfection. The chef came out and asked how my food was as well which was really awesome! While I couldn't eat another bite during my last visit, the key lime pie is my usual go to. Can't wait to visit again!

Prime rib and bread pudding / key lime pie saved the meal. Stay away from the scallops, crab risotto, and potato soup.

Really enjoyed my meal. The staff were great. Very pleasant. Very good-natured. Very responsive and helpful. Had brisket and duck confit as an appetizer. Loved it. Will be back!

The French onion soup, beet salad, crab bisque and dock confit were great, and the service was solid. I give it two stars because the restaurant had an overwhelming smell of cigar smoke. I get it, they also include a cigar bar, but this was awful. I may as well have been sitting in an ash tray; I couldn’t eat and leave fast enough!
