American Deli

Arrived at 8:45 on 10/9/2024 cashier said they were closed and Google says closes at 9:30. She was rude when I asked what time you close and her response was "Now. Were closed". Please update your hours of operation and also hiring some polite cashiers wouldn't hurt either.

My experience here Was great Thanks to the cashier, Ms .Nakia She was so sweet patient and kind hearted ! I was very grateful to have someone that actually understand me . The food looks delicious and I'm pretty sure he's great my purpose. My review is for great customer service that I recieved today .! FYI The menu is a little pricey, so prepare to bend your pockets a little. :) Enjoy Thank you so much Nakia & The cook whatever his name is Hehe:)

Rice was overcooked. Wings were small and tough, and the customer service was terrible.

I come here all the time. The food is good but today I go in and order and the cashier gave my food to the wrong person. I asked for a refund she didn't know how to do it the manager wasn't there so she couldn't get in touch with her. So I asked the cook could they remake my food because it was touched. They both told me no and that they didn't care. I was about to call the police but she ended up have to give me my money back in cash which caused her till to be short. My kids crying cause they hungry and this really hurt. The fact that I spend money there all the time just to get treated like that. I will never go back there again.

The chicken was okay, but the sauce wasn't the best.

Worst place ever. Not only is the service horrible the food is also horrible. The owner doesn’t appreciate customers spending their hard earned money. Don’t ever patronize this establishment.

Make sure you are specific with your order, and repeat it at least a couple more times. I just had two extra dollars charged because i ordered boneless wings, got bone in, and they had to redo the order. Not a strong suit for the business, but i try not to speak on a matter of opinion. Aside from that, the food is average, great if your drunk and looking for a fast pick me up, as to be expected. Though, they are INCREDIBLY stingy about the sauce, and their wings are laughably small.

American Deli WAS one of my top wing places on this side of town. I was in the area and decided to check it out. For starters, my wings were microscopic small. I’ve never seen a wing so small in my life. Where do you even get chicken from that small? So confused lol The advertisement says 10 piece $5.99-but in reality you get a 2 piece with 12 fries. Secondly, my sister recognized a roach that had been stepped on and was still struggling! Moral of my story: Will never go back to to this American Deli. These folks living a lie-cat fishing people with that small a$$ chicken. Smh
