Amelia's Rustic Mexican Restaurant is our 2nd location in Hillsboro. Our restaurant is family-owned and we concentrate on making fresh, house-made dishes that have a rustic appeal to them, and come from old family recipes. Our Mexican food is a blend of different styles from Mexico but, it is not "TexMex". 95% of our dishes are gluten free, and we make our chips, tortillas, salsas, and other dishes in-house! There are no substitutes or canned/packaged foods used. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options for those seeking it.
