Amelia's Exquisite Mexican Dining

Amelia's Exquisite Mexican Dining is our first of two locations in Hillsboro. We are located in downtown Hillsboro, and are a family-owned restaurant that concentrates on serving our rustic, family recipes from our Mexican heritage. You will find a fresh basket of house-made chips and salsa, or some of our house-made corn tortillas when you arrive to welcome you. Choose from our 95% gluten-free menu of Mexican dishes, as well as some vegetarian and vegan options. We offer catering and delivery through UberEats, and have a great rating on Google and Yelp.
