Amazing Hyderabadi Dum Biryani

Dum biryani me koi dum nahi hai Biryani k naam par sirf rice hi aata hai Mere puse mood ka satyanas ho gaya 👎

This restaurant doesn't have a taste of biryani and doesn't know how to cook even slum person who doesn't have home knows how to cook a biryani Sorry to say everyone but it's wastage of money in this restaurant. Biryani was of 350 but charges have been taken 368 by adding GST I suggest all to try Fayrouz, BarbeCue they serve best with better taste according to us.

The food quality and taste are commendable, and the serving staff are also attentive. However, there is an issue with overcharging for water bottles and cold drinks, exceeding their MRP. Upon questioning the manager about this discrepancy, we were met with a dismissive response, stating that they do not sell these products but rather provide a service for them, thereby justifying the additional charges as service fees inclusive of labor costs. This policy was not communicated to us prior to dining, nor is it clearly stated anywhere. It is disconcerting that instead of addressing our concerns, the manager resorted to raising his voice. Maintaining amicable relations with customers is paramount in any business. If the establishment faces financial strain, adjusting menu prices would be a more transparent approach than imposing unexpected charges that leave customers dissatisfied. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is pivotal for business growth, a content customer is likely to endorse the establishment and become a repeat patron.

Biriyani was not good as it should be. Price is comparatively high compared to Hyderabadi hut and Hyderabadi Biriyani. Behaviour of Manager was very rude.

I have tried both the HYDERABADI CHICKEN DUM BIRIYANI and the CHICKEN FRIED RICE . About the Biriyani it was perfectly cooked with tasty rice which was purely finger licking dish. The chicken fried rice included small egg omelette pieces with some tiny chicken pieces which were far too delicious.
