This place has an unethical practice of refusing to serve tap water and forcing you to buy overpriced bottled water or their drinks. Especially for a place where you are smoking and ordering coffee, tea, desserts, and getting dehydrated, the basic human decency would be to provide your customers with free water. The service was okay, the waiter serving our shisha was very helpful however I do not recommend this place. After asking the manager why they don’t provide water, she said it’s the owners decision, even if this practice is legal it does not make it ethical nor does it make your customers want to come back. On another note, the Egyptian desserts did not taste good.

Nice and relaxing shisha lounge. We really enjoyed the booth as it was one of the most comfortable seating of any lounge - only drawback is it got really hot so they need better ventilation or a fan for the booths. Their kunafa is also amazing.

Excellent sheesha!! Food was awesome as well and the service was good despite it being crowded on a weekend.
