I was in 06/21/2023 and a gentleman named William R. was working. Very kind to me, I got food he gave me the condiments I requested and wished me a good and safe night. He was genuine. Golden!
Always fast and friendly!
This particular store gets one star because of the two people working the night shift. They have very little social etiquette, poor higine, and behavioral issues. These people should not be running a store alone! Very scetchy and a little scary. Stear clear, there are many other options in this area Sincerely, Concerned
I only have issues with the one long haired “gentleman” on night shift. He won’t sell scratch off tickets after 11pm because it’s “state law” but somehow every other Allsup’s or convenient store period that’s open is allowed to. He’s refused to sell cigarettes because he was doing inventory and didn’t want to have to start over. He’s refused cash sales because he was “ending the day” as a 15 year veteran of the service industry, I’ve seen horrible customer service before, but this guy is definitely top 5!
Don't try to cash in lotto tickets at this store. Even if you tell them not to do it if they don't have the cash to cash out...they will still cash them out and make you buy more lotto tickets! I was told If I didn't I wouldn't get my money. Very rudely....I have used this store for 12 plus years... from now on I will drive down the road! Out $70!!
The manager refuses to wear a mask and the store doesn't enforce mask use. The bearded guy basically bumped me out of line to help me and then tell me that because I'm using cash he couldn't help me. I'm trying to stay socially distanced. The second I moved over to the line where he said he could help me, a line of people closed my Gap. That is garbage.
I was refused service because I have an out of state license. They insinuated that my license was a fake.
