Wow! new look. Nice & clean. But, way too expensive. Albertsons has changed.

Not good for doordash or any gig deliveries, The staff lied to door dash representative. The store employe said the delivery is ready for pick up, THEY also said they were waiting for a dasher, I was already there waiting, I went directly to the front of the line and ask for the order and the lady told me to go to the back of the line, I was already waiting for 45 minutes, I guess they do their own store rules and needs and lines, I can definally say that it's not okay to lie specially for the gig companies that help them get more bussiness, they are not following the app time guidelines or order. They also not following any of the gig doordash Uber eats, grubhub, instacar agreements, they were A BIG amount of employes in the warehouse, making orders wearing earphones . Theydo not take responsibility to follow any of the gig companies guidelines, THEY DO NOT CARE TO GIVE A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE TO THE GIG WORKERS,MANAGERS AND OWNERS INCLUDED,
I decided to make a crab boil & realized I was out of wild caught Red Argentine Shrimp. Because this particular store has always had them in the past, I was both shocked & disappointed when they were out when I arrived today. I called my better half while I was standing in front of the meat counter & Garrett overheard me. He then pointed at a box that was on a cart of various meats he had just brought out. I excitedly said yes & told him I would take 3 of the 2lb bags. He then asked if I needed a price check. I said "no, I know they're a bit on the expensive side, but well worth it." I told Garrett he saved the day. He did! The crab boil that also included corn on the cob, smoked sausage, potatoes & crab turned out great! Thanks again Garrett!
If I could rate my experience with the Starbucks inside this Albertsons, I would give it a zero if that was possible I went in there to return a cup, and the guy who was working was so rude. These people are clearly not looking at who they’re hiring. They’re just looking for people to work and not do their jobs correctly.
Lazy, rude, and discriminatory employees. I had come in after making a purchase through Instacart only to find that my purchase is unsatisfactory. I spoke to an employee that worked at a different location and said that I was able to make the return. I then waited at register to for the employee to finish having a conversation with a customer and told her that I needed to return roses that I had purchased, she told me that I had to wait in line at customer service because whoever had been helping customers, had taken a lunch. Two other women came up to me rudely asking what I needed and I had explained to them that I needed to make the return for the Instacart purchase just for the roses and they said that they didn’t do that there after two employees had confirmed they would accept the return. No other information was provided on how I could accomplish my return. In my honest opinion, it seemed like none of the women wanted to help me because I’m a male buying flowers. They seemed irritated I was even in your store. I hope the poor service and rude behavior was worth losing not just one customer, but a whole business down the street from you. Do better Albertsons.
