Please tell me why you would make a DoorDash order with a tostada a taco and taquitos and not put any condiments in the bag no salsa nothing

"I recently visited Alberto's for the first time and found their food to be good overall. However, I was disappointed by their lack of willingness to accommodate my request for bread instead of tortillas with my menudo. Everywhere else I've been, they have been able to substitute without any issues, usually for an extra $1 or $2. However, at Alberto's, they refused to make any substitutions and told me they only had bread for tortas. When I asked if I could purchase bread separately, they also refused. Considering that bread at a bakery costs less than $1, I would have been willing to pay $2 to $3 extra for bread. It's disappointing that they are not willing to satisfy all customers' needs equally. It seems that not all customers are important to them."
