Al-Basha Quick Serve

We’ve been going to and have catered from Al Basha many times over the years. The food is always very good and the service is great. Mahmoud and rest of the people always provide excellent service. Would highly recommend this place for take out and catering!

It was practical and fast

The food is amazing, the wait times are absolutely insane. We've visited twice now. First time, 90min. We waited in their waiting area and dined-in. 2nd time we said, ok, let's order ahead of time from home since we know they take a while. We ordered, went to run some errands(took an hour and 15min), got there and our order wasn't ready yet. We waited an additional 45min; 2 hours total. AND...luckily my wife checked our order, 2 items were missing from our order. Had she not checked, we would have went home only to find 2 missing items, after already waiting 2 hours. They have plenty of employees there but are completely disorganized in how they manage the workflow. Management should take note and hire someone who can truly organize the work flow.

Two times I talke my order missing something first one no have bread and second time mix grill no have kofta one more time I make order I go to pickup I not find my order number at all I try to speak with someone over the phone one girl her named mena told me press zero when you listen to the massage and there's no zero number to press when you listen to the massage the services and taste going bad not like before !!!!!!!!!!!

Great food but they are so busy that they forgot my french fries and salad for my order and despite my 3 calls there was no attempt to reimburse nor provide credit toward a future order. No value for the customer supporting their business! I guess my money is better spent elsewhere!
