We entered here with our Business class ticket only to be told we didn't have a "lounge stamp" on our boarding pass. Apparently the gate personnel are supposed to stamp it for lounge entry. Sounds stupid...and is stupid. Anyway, the lounge staff "allowed" us in
Bugune kadar gordugum en kotu Lounge. Yiyecek yok yanisira peynir dahi yok.
Cockroaches around water bottle, unfresh food, we only took packaged food
Had a break of 6 hours between flights. Good area and fresh.
Muss dringend renoviert werden, sehr klein, wenig Angebot, kein Bier oder Wein Ist das Geld nicht wert.
Excellent vegetarian food (Raungi Masala and Kadhai Paneer) and good staff.
As international business class travelers on the national carrier Air India, this is the lounge that was given to us in Delhi. What a pathetic experience! It looks dated, dilapidated and unclean, and most of the plug points don't work. However, that's going to be the least of your worries in this lounge. The food is what's going to ruin your mood: it is lacking in all aspects: quality, taste, and variety. With diverse options from the entire country to choose from, we unfortunately had to make do with generic, dry sandwiches and some other random items. As an Indian citizen who has been around the globe, it pains me to see that this is the state of affairs of the country. Haven't the managers of this lounge visited or at least heard of national carrier lounges in other capitals of the world like Istanbul, Frankfurt, Paris, Dubai, Muscat? Shameful. I apologize to foreign visitors of this lounge who have paid so much for a premium experience and have to contend with this.
