Actually we would have gave it Zero stars if Google would allow it. This was our first time visiting, so We made a reservation for 4 on the website and when we arrived we were told they do not take reservations. The two hostesses were extremely disrespectful and the so called manager said we would have the next table. Shortly after, one of the hostesses came over and said that it would be 30 minutes. Honestly I could go on and on about how rude and disrespectful the staff was. Even down to yelling "Rude" as we were leaving. I would definitely stay away unless you enjoy being treated extremely poor.

The staff was extremely condescending & rude! No costumer service skills with the younger generation & not helpful at all, started yelling at us and saying not to come back due to an error on our online reservation. The manager was telling their staff to stop yelling at us & had no control of them which shows no respect & is highly unprofessional. Location was extremely empty as we walked in & it should've been the first red flag, cancelled the reservation & ended up going to the 75th & bell location! 1000 times better, suggest giving them your money! I wouldn't listen to all the bad reviews. This place was amazing! Great food and service! We will definitely be back! The people giving it one stars are just dumb intilted people that have never worked at a restaurant. They should stay home if they're not great full for amazing food!
They don't accommodate left handed seating. Don't bother asking. It's all good, PF Changs is across the street. They actually had no problem accommodating that simple request. Unbelievable bc the entire restaurant was completely open. Weird!!
Unfortunately, this place is a really sad experience. The wait staff has attitudes from China and expects tips for doing almost nothing. The food is quite low quality. Arriving at about 4 pm and the place was empty, we received attitude and a roll of the eyes when we ordered what and when we wanted. It's almost like we are being forced to do things the easiest way for the staff with zero consideration for the customers' experience. The whole experience seemed like it was a hassle for the staff, and they had terrible lazy attitudes. I guess it's what you get in America nowadays with democrats in office. Hopefully, the management can train and hire proper staff to ensure every customer has a good experience and doesn't keep entitled lazy people on the payroll. I'll never return.

Do not come here if you want a nice place to dine and chat. Noisy and crowded. I ordered sashimi that was so poorly cut that it was not really possible to eat with chopsticks. The huge slabs of fish were more like they were ripped and the pieces were so irregular, and the size too big ,that the experience is more like a seal dealing with a big fish rather than the careful appreciation one expects when eating sushi or sashimi.
