Very very amezing test and good management

I had a very specific requirement, I wanted the food to be totally bland as well as tasty, it was meant for very special guests at home, They made some fantastic jeera Rice, Yellow Dal tadka, Mix Veg and Ghee Phulka, totally 100% non spicy 🔥, they did a fantastic job, Inspite of no spicy 🔥, the food prepared was so yummy and Tasty, that my guests loved it and relished it. Paisa Vasool. Thanks to the Owner. It was wonderful, those potato chips ( Desi style thick ones) with just a dash of Rock Salt were so crisp and tasty.
