Addis Cafe

I don't know how this place got all these reviews. I went here with my friend and we had a very bad experience. I ordered fries. It was way worse than McDonald's fries. McDonald's fries is more edible than this. I even told the guy when I was paying. It was the worst fries I've ever had in my life!!! Also, we ordered tiramisu. Oh god it was the oldest cake I ever ate in my life. Things are not fresh here at all! Never coming back here!!! Not even one star but if I could give zero star I definitely would. Even though I told the server cake was so old, he just kept quiet no apologies or any comments as if he knew already the cake was so old. Also fries took 50 minutes since we ordered and after almost an hour of waiting they feed us trash

Addis Cafe is a gem! Quality of coffee , food (obsessed with the ful) and people is a treat every time I return.

It’s so disappointing I came with a group of 4people, and there customer service was bad they said it was closed at 7:30pm even tho it says it closes at 8:00pm.The lady said they close at 8 but they need time to clean up very disappointing!

Despite a change in administration and a rebranding to Addis Cafe from Twist Cafe, the service continues to be a source of frustration for patrons. One notable issue is the behavior of a particular gray-haired lady with a cap, whose unprofessional conduct is a cause for concern. She consistently displays arrogance and delivers the worst possible service. For instance, a recent visit with a friend requesting a simple coffee turned into a waiting ordeal, only to be met with a reluctant provision of sugar and a disdainful glare when asking for it. My friend had to resort to taking sugar from another table. On another occasion, we approached a new waiter for some water, but to our surprise, the gray-haired lady intervened, stopping him from bringing it and insisting that we fetch it ourselves. These recurring incidents paint a picture of an employee sorely lacking in customer service skills. It's evident that a change in her approach and attitude is desperately needed to enhance the overall dining experience at Addis Cafe.

This cafe was called Twist. I was a regular customer but decided not to come to this cafe because the servers were not welcoming, especially the server with gray hair, who was the worst; her face was not welcoming. When I stopped by this morning to eat breakfast, I thought the name had changed to Addis Cafe, and I thought the servers would be new. However, the servers are the same, and the server with the gray hair made my day worse. I know the Ethiopian or Eritrean owners have no experience in reviewing comments on Google reviews, but I want to reflect the experience I have had in this cafe. It's been the worst service for the last four years, all because of the servers.

I love this Cafe. Clean, friendly customer service. Definitely recommend to check them out!!
