The quality of food, taste and service all to the mark and matched the barnd ITC. The choice was extensive. A very beautiful restaurant cafe with a full buffet and a la carte menu. Good variety. A la carte serve time can be very tricky: from long to veeeery long. Food quality and presentation excellent. Desserts are yummy. Mocktails variety is good, and the taste is pleasant. Definitely a good experience overall

Amdavadis if you haven't tried the buffet here, you are missing out on the best dining experience. Such a unique large selection of items away from the heavy, masaledar, gravy stuff anywhere else. Plus, we weren't so happy with the starter selection on the day, so the service team helped us with special mutton starter based on our preference and I don't think any other buffet restaurant goes out the way to serve you items apart from their daily menu. Enjoyed the pork after a long time in Ahmedabad. Must try for non vegetarians. Desserts were equally good, indian desserts can be compared to any good sweet shop and baked desserts to any good bakery in Ahmedabad. Overall hands down the best buffet restaurant in Ahmedabad. Special mention to the F&B manager Mr Udit Sinha and Mr Mamtesh for managing the team so well. Thank you

Absolutely, not a place for Buffet... one of the worst experiences at ITC hotel chains. Especially planned a Dinner Buffet outing with family with great expectations as have been to so many other ITC hotels across country and promised the family for an exemplary meal!! However, the expectations were short lived. Firstly, to small a place with regards to a five star hotel to host a Buffet. For the price, I paid close to 19k for a 7 people dinner buffet., it was far below expectations. The service was okay by staff. Too limited food choices for a place like ITC which has some exceptional buffets in many other states., trust me, certain places 3 or 4 star places have better and more elaborate buffet choices than ITC Narmada Adalaj Pavillion. Trained staff is a challenge, took almost 20 to 25 minutes to settle bill as I had redeemed a voucher. The person (Mahesh) handling the billing was smelling of Cigarette while being talked to., also, for a request as simple as entering my club ITC member to earn some points as a saving grace post the not so good meal, was asked so many questions. Pheewwww..... Beverages, as simple as the masala chaas, lemonade and Ice Tea, seemed were prepared by rookie chef, absolutely pathetic.. had to actually request to please make it again., the second ones were a bit better though, but not up to the mark. I still regret redeeming my 10 k voucher for such a bad experience, still can't get over it. Trust me, the whole family then went to a nearby place and had a small dinner again to satisfy the hunger, taste buds and get a good feel for the Saturday evening. I think, ITC is now getting quite complacent and has gone below standards in terms of service. Hospitality though, is still good.

Hygiene, refilling, crockery, taste all are very disappointing.
