Abu Omar Halal - San Antonio, TX

This location has been cancelling our orders on UberEats since past couple of weeks. Multiple employees of ours have placed orders at this location via UberEats, mostly between 10-12pm and they keep cancelling the orders. They do not want business.

I ordered 2 different kinds of food from their menu that said buy one get one free and they lie they charged me full price for all of them there is no buy one get one free. I will never buy from them again and when you try to call them no one answers the phone it goes straight to voice mail that was yesterday and they charge 3 bucks for a can of soda and I ordered 3 cokes 1 diet coke and 2 sprite and only got 2 coke no diet coke and 1 sprite and they charged me for all of it so you can't call them because no one answers the phone

Worst and Rude people. They are always mad and rude to customers. 0/10 customer service. The worst customer service I've ever seen in San Antonio, TX. Probably the worst in the whole Country. Shame on them. Not gonna visit again.

I recently visited Abu Omar Halal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The flavors were rich, and the dishes were prepared with care. However, my experience was dampened by the attitude of the person in charge. Despite the delicious food, the individual handling orders was incredibly rude. They seemed impatient and dismissive, which put a damper on what could have been a great dining experience. It's disappointing when the service doesn't match the quality of the food. Overall, while I enjoyed the food, I hesitate to recommend Abu Omar Halal due to the poor customer service. Hopefully, they address this issue in the future to provide a more welcoming atmosphere for their customers.

I am absolutely gutted never have I ever had a food scare. I am 100% sure I consumed mild and bad lamb. The bogo sale was here so I got the wraps I ate half the first one and it tasted funky so I threw the rest away. later in my shift I began showing signs of food poisoning. Not thinking anything of it I continued working and working through the symptoms I came home ,mind u I work at a bar so I get home at 3am, and was going to try to eat my second wrap something told me to open it up. To my absolute disgust the meat looked old and was molded! I don’t even know what to say. But this is unacceptable and I hope I don’t get sick. Pictures below.
