Excellent service, and the dishes are perfect.

I had lunch with a group of ladies a couple weeks ago. Hannah, the waitress, was a Wonder Woman! There were two large groups and a number of individual tables to serve and it appeared that she was THE staff! I returned with a friend a week later and there she was (alone again)! We learned that Hannah's also an excellent barista.. My only concern is that, like most eating establishments, more staff is needed. Either that or triple Hannah's wages!
Hopeless service, Very nice atmosphere and no food after an hour waiting. It's great to have another venue for live music in Casa Grande although last night the 3 piece band was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Last Saturday they had a 2 piece band that was better for us to enjoy the evening Next time we will try to check ahead who's playing
The food tasted great and the people seem nice. The problem with this restaurant is the service. You are not able to make online reservations. You have to call. I called 4 times and the phone was busy. The last call I left a message. Got to the restaurant an hour later and they had no recollection of my message. Had to sit in the back. The patrons in the back do not get good service. Took over 20 minutes to get water. Even longer for coffee. Coffee is in your name! You should be ashamed of this kind of service. Doesn't matter how good the food is with poor service.
I brought my girlfriend over to celebrate a nice dinner with live music and due to this people complaining about the "cold" when it's 60 degrees, the waiter just came out to inform she would close the door, did NOT offer if we would like to move inside so we could keep enjoying the music or anything. It's ridiculous due to some old people that have already lived their lives take it from us younger couples, it's enough that they had already filled EVERY single table of EVERY single restaurant in town to on top of their tantrums be treated like 2nd class. If they didn't like coming to an open air restaurant well don't show up but don't ruin it for everyone else. Instead of celebrating ruined the night, thank you very much
Absolutely atrocious service. Went for Valentine’s Day and sat on the patio because we didn’t have a reservation no big deal. What WAS a big deal when they closed the door on us while live music was playing, the fact we were there for almost an HOUR, and got 1 drink that sat empty for most of that hour, and the lack of service. Then when we tried leaving because we were not getting service (still waiting for salads at 45 mins) the manager came out and had THE WORST attitude trying to act like it was our “privilege” to eat there. Then when we asked for the check they tried charging us for said salads that we never received and tried arguing that we had gotten them. When I insisted no we hadn’t because we sat unattended for 30 minutes and she could check the plates on the table she finally took them off the check. Absolutely will not be back and as a Manager myself I cannot fathom treating anyone that way. I will be making sure to tell all my customers to stay away as they are terrible at service and customer experience is in no way at the top of their priorities. Watched tables be waited on 5-6 times each while we couldn’t even get another drink. I was super excited to try this place and now I’m sad to say they ruined our Valentines Day. Absolutely killed the mood for the night. Stay far away from this place.
