In 1929, Nicola Panara started baking soft pretzels in the basement of his South Philadelphia home. The tradition of selling soft pretzels on street corners was born and so was our bakery. Now located in New Jersey four generations later, we use the same recipe, quality, and love in our products that we did over 90 years ago. Our pretzels were dairy, egg, soy, nut, and preservative FREE long before it became a movement. We are now proud to introduce GLUTEN FREE soft pretzels!
