At 80/20, Our continuing mission is to enrich Our Community by serving only the best ingredients that We have at Our disposal.Opened in 2012, 80/20 has partnered with VA and NC Farmers and local purveyors to further promote sustainability and stimulate local economy. All of Our beef is sourced locally from Harris Farm Grown, a single farm in Chatham, VA. Their certified grass-fed and finished beef is 30-day dry aged, hormone- and antibiotic-free, and humanely treated.
