Favorite place to stop before I go in for my internship to get my pick me up tea and my shake for lunch. Always excited to try a new flavor and talk to the owner who always is open for conversation. To say it’s become my new healthy habit is an understatement it’s a part of my lifestyle and I absolute love being able to go to 4one4 with it being so close by to my internship.

Great smoothie and coffee selection. Plenty of choices. I love that they have healthy choices as well. Very clean low key quiet environment. I loved it. Will be back soon
