Created by Chef Derrick Paez and his wife Monika, 3x3 Kitchen was formed out of their passion for delicious, ethical, sustainably-sourced slow food. Quite literally the opposite of fast food, the slow food movement promotes local farmers and businesses, places nutrition and quality over mass-production, and allows the community to take part in a sustainable food model. With more than 20 years of chef experience, Chef Derrick is thrilled to bring his own take on slow food cuisine to the local community with hand-crafted gluten-free fare inspired by the best seasonal ingredients. With produce and fresh ingredients sourced from local farmer’s markets, 3x3 Kitchen sustainably supports Hudson Valley farms.
