This place never disappoints any new people I take here. Last night, Jay and Tony were really great servers, especially the taller server with curly/wavy hair, I don't know if that was Jay or Tony but he recommended a lot of stuff I haven't tried and he was actually happy to serve us. I have been her a few times. Everyone was great, but he really took time on recommendations for us to try something new. Thanks to our server and host, it was nice and sweet, too.
I do not recomend for someone to come here and eat specially if u are a party on 1
I have never been to a place where they will not serve u if its only 1 person that is ridiculous honesly drove 45 mins to come and eat here for nothing since they only serve partys of 2 or more…. Dont waist ur time or money coming to places like this….
The good and service was great. I would come back and tell my friends.
If you like long waits, ear shattering rave music, mistakes on your bill and the smell of cow dung coming through the front door from Norco.
Best kbbq . Great atmosphere
They have their last call inside the store at 10:00 PM wen on the website or google it says they close at 12:00 AM so it’s very misleading and would be better if they update that
This is a nice place. We had the wagu meat platter. It was basically 6 different kinds of meat. The service was also good. He came around often enough where we were not looking to flag him down. They have two different ayce choices and both had a lot of selection choices.
Meat is fresh to your table. Good service. Great first visit here. I appreciate the carafe of water at the table. I will be back
Takes too long to get your meats. We waited about 15 minutes and thought that was bit too long. It was on a Sunday afternoon and it was about 50% capacity. Spoke to the MGR about their average wait time for meats and he said 2-15 min. So that’s pretty much the standard. Not what we are typically used to for Korean BbQ. On the flip side the meats were pretty tasty. Drove 20 min to try this place
but won’t be coming back.
It’s good but every time I eat there it’s so hot that I’m sweating. Pls invest in more air conditioning or better ventilation.
Costs way too much for mediocre kbbq
I recently dined at 365 Korean BBQ and Bar, and while the food itself was decent, the service was a huge letdown. Orders were constantly missed or incorrect, and even after reminding the server multiple times, some items never arrived at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially with a time limit for each table. It felt like we spent more time waiting for the correct orders than actually enjoying the meal. With so many other BBQ spots around, this experience was disappointing and not worth the hassle.
Great food and even better service will most definitely be back soon
This restaurant was recommended to us by our friends, HOWEVER, we recommend this place with reservation. Here are the reasons:
1. Their short ribs was marinated with something sour, it taste funny.
2. Their premium selection is overpriced, adult price $56 as compared to their regular price $39. In addition they charge kid price half of the premium adult price BUT kids can’t order the premium beef. The premium beef is one order per adult, not include kids, BUT they charge the kids premium price. It doesn’t make sense to charge kids 50% of the adult premium if the kids can’t order premium beef. It just doesn’t make sense.
3. Service was not so great! They don’t have enough people to service the customers. Customer service doesn’t match the price they charge. We didn’t get much attention from the server.
4. The waiting area has minimal AC, it is super hot, like an oven.
5. The beef below are their premium selections, on their premium menu. But keep in mind the price difference is $17 per person, and only adult gets it.
Food is pretty good, but the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! they don't check up on you, they constantly mix up the table orders, and wen you a server to get u something that you have been waiting for, for a long time, they give you attitude!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
This is the 3rd time we have visited this establishment only because it was close to home and we were craving for kbbq. Let's just say each time we visit it only gets worse with customer service. Not enough waiters to help out even though it wasnt busy since we went around 5pm and the ones that do only tends to the bigger parties. Idk how many times they brought over the wrong tables order and the ones we did ordered never arrived until we had to make complaints. It's sad this place had such potential as their food is decently okay but it doesn't compare to their service. We shouldn't have to sit there all night long just to fight and get someone's attention to take our order. Either retrain your staff or hire more help!
So, went to this place for the first time, and let's just say it wasn't the smoothest experience. The servers seemed to disappear whenever we needed help to serve the larger tables (which I understand but we're paying too).
The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I've definitely had better meats at other Korean BBQ spots at a much lower price (like $18).
I understand the place sells wagyu but it's not that big of a reason to pay as much as we did. $50 per person for service that's worse than the cheaper guy and alright meat selection? Not exactly what I'd call worth it.
