317 Charcuterie offers quality ingredients that wow the tastebuds! Their service is also excellent! Highly recommend them!

We held a small baby sprinkle at 317charcuterie…and if I could give them 10/5 stars, I would!! The ladies were so easy to work with. From my initial booking, to confirming with them a few days ahead, and then the day of our actual event…they were so helpful and easy to work with! Not to mention…the cheese boards and fresh fruits/veggies were so good!

I ordered the $76 board (plus price of the board itself) for pickup. It looked nice, but I thought I'd get a lot more for $76 (plus I think $16 for a small baguette and some crackers?). The strawberries were so far from ripe I've had less crunchy apples. Shouldn't have been served. Anyway, it was an experiment--not thinking I'd do it again.

We ordered the XL board for our small wedding and it was beautiful. Lots of variety and worth the money.

Love getting boards for all kinds of events here! They are always so delicious - and are perfect for a Christmas movie night or game night with friends! Emily and her team are super flexible and are always putting together tasty and beautiful boards!

I ordered the Couple’s Graze Box for pickup today. When I went in to get it, the people working there were very rude and told me that my order of meats and cheeses had been put out on a shelf for me to get and that I needed to show up on time, even though the website calls it an estimated time and I was there within 45 minutes of that estimate, because they don't have space in their refrigerators to keep food waiting for customers to pick it up. I said I didn't think it was a good policy to put refrigerated foods out on shelves and they seemed to just want to argue that it was policy and I should have read the terms and conditions on the website when I placed my order. I've ordered several times from this store before and they used to keep orders in the fridge while they waited for pickup. This is a very strange change and I didn't appreciate the staff and even the owner arguing with me that the terms and conditions on the website meant my order didn't need refrigeration.

This place is a joke. Ordered a board and went to pick it up and they were closed at 6pm. They emailed and said my board was placed in a cooler. I went to pick it up the following day and they told me they threw it away and it wouldn’t have been edible. No offering of a refund or anything. The employee was blunt and rather rude about it. I’ll never go back and certainly won’t recommend this place to anyone. Part of my order was bread and crackers. They wouldn’t give that to me either. Emily, I didn’t get a phone call or a text from you or anyone else. That’s ridiculous that you’re responding to my review with a flat out lie!

Great for a gathering! Will be back!
