I don't usually leave reviews but I had to show love to 313 Cinny's. The owner was kind and professional and the cinnamon rolls are excellent! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed

I was very pleased to see my childhood mall having a cinnamon roll shop with vegan options. The flavors were amazing! I got the sweet potato flavor and it was amazing. I will be coming back

This place is simply amazing it is hard to make vegan dessert taste like the real deal but this place succeeds at that and more. These are literally the best/most unique cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Definitely will be returning sooner rather then later.

You are outdoing yourself with these cinnamon rolls, truly!!! We were not even back on the freeway and my mom cracked into the bag to check out all of the flavors. She had one bite out of the lemon and looked at me and said “she’s really got something here!” 🥰🥰🥰 they’re honestly so divine. I can 100% taste the love you bake with. My grandma was a renown baker, so momma has a trained taste palette 😂 and these are the real deal 🧡✨ ….they just happen to also be vegan 😍

I ordered a baker’s half dozen with 2 lemon 🍋, two apple 🍎 and 3 red velvet rolls. These cinnamon rolls were so good, if you threw them up in the air they would turn into sunshine! ☀️ They are delicious 😋 Great quality & service 👌🏿
