There's just something about that late night ambience that makes food taste so much better than eating during the daytime. We noticed a lack of after-midnight seafood dining, so we wanted to create a restaurant that could serve specially crafted seafood boils, even at 2AM. So we started a restaurant to manifest that desire — 2AM PROJECT.
