200 Degrees Coffee Shop

I've always been a fan of the chain, but I'm really disappointed with today's visit. Firstly, there were a few tables that needed to be cleaned, which we had to ask someone to do. Then there were hardly any sugars in the pots on the tables, so I had to go and get some more. Staff were more interested in going through songs on the playlist, skipping a fair few of them, and having a karaoke session rather than serving customers and cleaning tables. The coffees took a while to come. By that time, the cake we bought to accompany the coffee was eaten. Coffees came in paper cups rather than proper coffee mugs even though we asked to have them to drink in. We were not offered any spoons or stirrers either so again had to go to get them. Every customer was given paper cups which I would understand if it was towards the end of the day but it was only 3pm As usual the coffee was nice though, just disappointing service and that really does change your experience.

Best coffee going, never to hot and burnt like other major chains often do, and great interesting food options that taste great. The milkshakes are great to and the decor is nice makes you want to be in there.

Coffee shop is cramped and uncomfortable waiting in line is difficult with how close together everything is. The service is poor and the person serving me was unhygienic rubbing his moustache whilst preparing my drink with a long pony tail and no hair net. My milk shake was powdered vanilla flavouring and Ice cubes plus milk instead of the blended ice cream I expected and tasted like a cheap protein supplement with none of the nutritional value. I would not recommend you go here.

Great coffee and service!!!

We’ve been here quite often and always so disappointed. There aren’t many places to choose from at this location hence we have been a few times. They’ve run out of food items very early, with minimal range usually available. Absolutely miserable and often quite rude staff, where customers appear to be a real inconvenience. I don’t really write negative reviews as I usually don’t have the time or energy to waste on poor businesses, but felt compelled to write this one. It is a really good location and when they started off they were great, with friendly staff and good food and drinks. I assume there has been a change of management or staff, to have sucked the morale of remaining staff. We happened to mention this place to friends who had exactly the same experiences as us !

The best coffee! Amazing staff, especially Katie who’s looked after me!

Service was the worst ever. Ordered coffee was still waiting 20 minutes later we was outside and everyone going in being served. Went inside and was told it was being done still no drinks 10 minutes later so went back inside to find the lady who had told me she was making it just standing there talking along with other staff. Really disappointed as previously been in this coffee shop and had no problems.

Very rude barista. I asked if they sold lemonade as my son was not feeling well and needed a drink. She said I'm serving a customer yet (the customer in front had placed their order and was waiting for the card payment to go through) I then said I know you are serving a customer I just want to know if you sell lemonade or not. She proceeded to flat out ignore me so I walked off. How hard is it to give a simple yes or no answer?! Avoid this place at all costs. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with the staff. Stuck up and rude!!!
