We are not your typical bakery. You'll find no set menu and we often sell out. Why? Because the best breads are made from the best ingredients and better still, in small-batch. Our philosophy is simple: Bake magnificent things. We pick our ingredients daily and plan our menu around those items which make the cut. If something doesn't meet our standards, we don't use it. If we discover something fantastic, we will. After all, there's no point in baking if it isn't from the heart. We specialize in baking with organic sprouted wheat flour. We make six core loaves of sprouted bread, as well as an array of cookies, muffins, and mini-cakes.
