1903 Lounge

Good choice of food although no obvious vegan/gluten free choices. wide range of alcohol and soft drinks- multi vitamin drink a nice touch. The eating spaces in their isolated rooms feels a bit cafeteria-esque. The whole environment has a cold, utilitarian feel. It needs some softer dressings to make it feel more ‘comfortable’, more sofas etc. although appreciate the individual chairs provide better options to have maximum passengers. The main issue though is the standard of the service. It felt like 2 or 3* star at best- more motel than ‘hotel’! It felt like the customers got in the way of the staff doing their job- replenishing, tidying etc Some customer training would not go amiss. I’d like to feel welcomed and catered for, not an inconvenience. Dietary restrictions: No obvious support for restrictions

A relaxing start to the holiday. Plenty of choices for food (all delicious) and drinks - premium brands. Friendly staff and lots of seating. Well worth the £50per head that we paid xx

Matt P was very warm and welcoming on our arrival to 1903 lounge. He went above and beyond to welcome & accommodate us. Such a great start to our holiday. His whole team including ‘The Emily’ were very cheerful and & welcoming on our 6am morning arrival. We had a bit of a stressful check in and we have now melted into chill holiday mode. Food, ambiance, hosts and staff all five stars! Thanks Matt.

At the entrance we were greeted & welcomed by lounge staff, felt like special lounge was clean and tidy all the staff were professional, helpful and very friendly all the time although it was extremely busy but it was a lovely experience and we requested for a pizza and porched egg ,,, it was delicious and service was prompt thanks to all lounge staff to make our visit memorable. Will definitely recommend for friends and family. Vegetarian options: We are strictly vegetarian by choice and we found better options here in MAG lounge.
