Tried stakes & breakfast combo it’s quite filling

154 is in a fine building, slightly set back from the Outer Ring Road, overlooking a fine set of aging trees. What catches your eye is the gallery running at the front of this second storey restaurant, and the diners there. Other than a few hot months, the Bangalore weather invites you to sit in a place like that, open to the air and catching the sun for a few hours. Unfortunately, what attracted me the most, doubles up as the smoking gallery as well. Never mind. I preferred sitting in the gallery, rather than the spacious, air-conditioned indoor dining space. It was late afternoon, so the weather was fine, even though this is April. The busy Outer Ring Road wasn't too bothersome, and I enjoyed looking at the traffic and trees. I ordered a vegetarian burger without cheese for a late lunch. The service was reasonably quick. The presentation and cutlery was neat. The burger was absolutely yumm. The largest veg patty I've seen in a burger. It was more than a full lunch for me. The potato wedges and fresh salad was delectable. The service was unobtrusive, polite and quick, as when I asked for extra ketchup. While leaving I noticed the special of the day - sticky toffee pudding - and couldn't resist ordering it. The helping though small, was rich with a lovely caramel taste. 154 is a café whose all-day breakfasts, lunch and dinner will tempt you to return again and again. Parking: It's possible to park in front of the building as well as in the basement. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly place like all Indian restaurants. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a lift to the floor, but part of the flooring inside is raised and this might be an inconvenience.

Breakfast was pretty good and meaty

Excellent place for a breakfast spot. Deep served us and gave us nice suggestion for the best breakfast options. Loved the place. Will definitely visit again.
