Food hits everytime damm...
Never again!! I placed an order in Uber Eats. First of all. I have wasted an hour for this restaurant to just tell me they cancelled my order. Update on the app says its on its way for delivery, so i waited & waited, and when it’s past delivery time it told me the restaurant cancelled the order. WASTE OF TIME! I am putting the lowest rating there is, and anywhere i can rate this restaurant. Very poor service & communication!!
I ordered via Uber eat more than once, however it just kept getting worse. The issue isn’t even how authentic this Korean restaurant is ( which it isn’t) it’s how bad the food is. It’s awfully made and over fried, oddly seasoned and slapped together as so called Korean food. The Fried chicken was awful, kimchi fried rice was just as bad and a simple chicken wrap was also a massive let down. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place for a casual lunch let alone a Korean joint. -1000/10.
Price are different on the menu and they charge you different price they don’t have any excuse.
Bought a brown sugar milk tea and the boba were frozen. I don’t think they heated it correctly and it had a hard inside
I recently had a disappointing experience with Kome Express in Ilford. The food portions were notably small, leaving an adult hungry. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived with two spilled drinks. Despite the delivery driver's assurance of bringing replacements, nobody returned. This left my little girl, who eagerly waited over an hour for her drink, disappointed and heading to bed without it. Attempts to contact the restaurant were in vain, as they never answered my calls. The lack of response and failure to provide the promised replacements were disheartening. I had to resort to Uber to request a refund, but only received reimbursement for the products, not the delivery charges. The food quality itself was subpar, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. The dishonesty in assuring replacement drinks without follow-through, along with the failure to notify or apologize for the inconvenience, reflects poorly on their customer service. I advise others to steer clear of Kome Express in light of these disappointing experiences.
Ordered wings, the food smelled like old oil and had to throw in the bin. Do not recommend it.
I 1st had the too good to go app and tested the sushi then I order couple times and will continue too They are friendly me and my kids was very pleased and the pancakes are awesome Even went their yesterday with my daughter When I say it’s a 10/10 The customer service is amazing It’s worth the hype
