So they opened up where Sonny's used to be. These folks are legit and do great food. I wish them good fortune. I will be a continued patron
I had a hard time finding this place, but when I did, I was greeted with an arched ceiling and colorful, tasteful decor. I came here because of another review telling me “the banh mi itself is a FOOT LONG.” They didn’t lie! The veggie banh mi was huge had plenty of vegetables. I was surprised that the bread was fresh and soft during my evening visit. I loved the crunch of the fried tofu, too! Fellow soyboys and goji girls, go get yourself a veggie tofu Banh Mi. For meat eaters, the wings are a beloved house special (also pictured).
I was so hungry and the food looked so good I forgot to take pictures. However, I will be back. Great menu and food had so much flavor. Delicious! I definitely recommend it.
Great place to eat!!!! Food is excellent! Clean , cozy atmosphere!
Excellent food and lovely place. I got the #26 and it was good!
Went here recently because I’ve always seen it but never realized it was this legit. This place is tucked away in a plaza that doesn’t have much besides bills cafe and a baskin Robbin’s but don’t let appearances fool you. This place has a pretty extensive menu. I went with what I was craving and that didn’t disappoint. Matter of fact I have to togo half my food to finish off later. The wings were really good, have good flavor and texture. The seafood salad is a favorite of mine because it has a lot of variety, wish it had more shrimp though and more chips. I know the chips don’t cost much and would love to have a better chip to salad ratio. The rice plate was good too, filled me up with quality ingredients. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
This must be the longest wait we have ever had in a Vietnamese restaurant. Our appetizers came out after 30mins, and we were not served water. Food is so-so, and service is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Will not go back here.
My family and I had an extremely disheartening experience on the evening of October 26th at Á Dông Pho & Coffee. We arrived at the establishment with our certified service dog, who provides essential support to our son, who is in a wheelchair. What should have been a pleasant dining experience quickly turned into a distressing ordeal when we were denied service due to our service dog. Upon entering the restaurant, we were met with hostility from the owner and staff. We were promptly informed that if we wanted to dine there, we would have to do so outside because of our service dog. This came as a shock to us, as we were fully aware of our rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which clearly states that individuals with disabilities and their service dogs are allowed access to public places, including restaurants. To make matters worse, when we tried to explain our situation and show our service dog's ID card, which clearly states that he is a certified service dog, the owner dismissively waved us off and refused to even look at it. The lack of willingness to engage in a reasonable conversation or verify our service dog's legitimacy was deeply disheartening. The most heartbreaking part of this experience was the impact it had on our son. He was emotionally traumatized by the complete lack of respect and understanding shown towards him and his service dog. As a young boy with a disability, he already faces numerous challenges in his daily life, and his service dog provides him with the companionship and assistance he needs to navigate the world more comfortably. To see his distress and confusion as we were denied entry to the restaurant was heart-wrenching. This incident highlights the importance of awareness and education regarding the rights of individuals with disabilities and their service animals. Businesses, especially those in the hospitality industry, should be well-informed about ADA regulations and should treat all patrons with disabilities and their service animals with the respect and dignity they deserve.
