Zitz Sum

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu reflects our love for Japanese food looked through the lens of Italian ingredients and technique and an autobiographical menu reflecting Chef's heritage. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022 through 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly.
