Refreshingly crisp and balanced with a bright fruit profile. Fresh pear, lime zest and star fruit notes make this wine a perfect pairing with any dish, but especially with pasta and seafood.

Stainless steel fermentation followed by 18 months in 3rd year French and neutral American oak barrels. Balanced layers of dark fruit and cassis with a hint of oak spice; full bodied with soft tannins.

A rich broad texture is the hallmark of this full-bodied yet moderately flavorful wine. It follows mild aromas of butter and pear with light vanilla and melon flavors and a luxurious mouthfeel.

Light golden color. Aromas of mixed apples, lemon shortbread, almond pastry, peach blossoms, a little spice and a touch of salinity.

Light ruby red colour with purple highlights, lively froth and persistent perlage. Vigorous, fragrant and aromatic perfume with evident scents of ripe red fruit and withered rose. Sweet, smooth, delicate, sparkling and suave with a lingering aromatic persistence. It pairs with strawberries, forest fruits and with dried fruit too, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios and figs.

The NV Rainwater Medium Dry is an attractive wine, displaying aromas of fresh walnuts, dates and orange peel. On the palate, it's full-bodied, satiny textured and delicately sweet, with succulent acids, excellent definition and an elegantly middle-weight, drinkable profile that's true to the category.

The style encapsulates a fine, aged tawny, showing rich concentration as well as a touch of spirit and luscious sweetness. The acidity gives the wine a lightly medicinal character as well as necessary freshness. This is a delicious wine, ready to drink now.

Crimson in color with generous aromas of briar patch, stone fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, star anise, and hints of cocoa. A soft entry immediately leads to a full palate of blackberries, blueberries, and wisps of warm clove.

A welcoming nose of toasted apple pie, with a hint of acacia flowers and whispers of saffron and fresh nectarine. The mouthfeel is rich throughout but easily gives way to refreshingly crisp acidity and a clean finish.
