Food was very fresh and chicken was so good! Stopped in on my way to an event for some quick snacks on the go. Friendly staff.

By the time I got my food it was cold and it wasn't until I got home that I found out the combo I was told I was getting ended up being just the 10 wings not fries like I asked for. Very upset. I paid 38$ for only 10 wings and a wings and things combo that were both cold.

I can forgive your workers having an attitude at work cause I get it. Who wouldn’t hate their lives working at zaxbys for a living, but maybe don’t squeeze the drink so hard that you poke a hole in my tea.

They only have chicken, no fish or burgers. All of the food is fried hard, Chicken and fries are well done.
